"Lebanon is a wounded country but our spirit is unbroken. Even in a time of great geopolitical uncertainty, we Lebanese remain cautiously optimistic about the future. The new administration is committed to reclaiming all Lebanon’s sovereign territory, rebuilding its infrastructure and reintroducing the rule of law. However, the situation is fragile and a deeply disrupted education system threatens Lebanon's human capital, the very heart of its strength. Education is a vital part of the process of uniting a divided nation and this remains my unwavering focus."
