Lebanon's future in crisis
"Lebanon is once again under attack. The ceasefire agreed in November 2024 has not been upheld and the latest escalation has left communities trapped in chaos and deepening despair. The country now faces a severe humanitarian crisis, with over a million people displaced indefinitely. This has further strained an already fragile education system, forcing state schools to close yet again. In doing so, it puts Lebanon’s long-term future at risk by undermining its most valuable resource: its people."
